Recommend it for couples

I gotta say the service was very nice. The staff really were really nice, especially this guy named Saidur. Was like royalty, honestly.

But let's be real, it wasn't cheap, not exactly a bargain.

Location: the hotel was really close to metro, Terminal 2 and 4 * BEST WESTERN. I came across Piano Lounge, it was at a medium distance from the venue, offered nice shots. The rooms were neat and had down pillows...

The room was relaxing with the view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The location was super convenient for my business meetings. The staff, especially Neha at reception, were accommodating when I needed a room switch. Breakfast could use a little work though.

The WLAN was too slow, I had expected more, otherwise everything was top clean and breakfast international. I'll recommend the hotel. We enjoyed being there.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay pleasant.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready even though it was nighttime, frustrating. After being moved multiple times due to issues, I felt my holiday was wasted with constant interruptions and no proper resolution to my concerns.

Very comfortable beds, large quiet room. Very positive: Check out only at 14 o'clock was possible free of charge, very good connection to the Metro

Really good service from the start

We experienced nothing short of excellent service. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and facilitated a seamless check-in process. Their attention to detail.

The upper bar charged us an excessive bill for enjoying a drink, with unexpected table charges included that left us feeling taken advantage of. It nearly overshadowed an otherwise great experience.

The extra bed was uncomfortable, the 3rd person could not sleep on the mattress, because one felt all feathers and so we had to sleep together in the double bed... Also the limousine service to the harbour was not O.K., because it did not stick to the price mentioned at the reception.

The staff were super friendly, made my check-in process smoother. Bring your own adaptors if you're traveling from abroad.

All aspects of the hotel are first class, from the pick-up service at the airport to departure back to the airport. Service of any kind is fantastic. All the personnel are pleasant and extremely helpful. The restaurant is very good, I love the long easy breakfast with a newspaper of choice. The food is excellent and the service flawless.

Need a barber shop for men

I booked the hotel for a business fair trip that was in the World Trade Center, the location is very good. From the airport, one is with the taxi for the equivalent of 15 € in the hotel, but it is also very good with the metro. The room was clean and big. The location is perfect for the metro i.e. you can get quickly in all directions. Return to the airport is also very fast. My absolute recommendation for a short stay.
